Yes. All programs are completely free thanks to our sponsors and community partners.

We operate in several Canadian cities. Visit our chapter page for locations.

Eligibility may vary slightly by program. Please review the description on each event page.

Yes. Many of our programs and workshops are open to both Black boys and girls. See blackkidscode.com for girls’ programs.

Our programs are specifically designed to support Black youth in STEM.

Depending on the program, students may learn Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, micro:bit, AI basics, robotics, and other beginner-friendly tools.
